Management Consulting Experiences

We design and implement learning interventions that impact on the provision of appropriate knowledge and skills, enhance individual motivation to perform and positively impact on the capacity of individuals.

In order for us to demonstrate to what extent the intervention has delivered on expectations, reporting on the outcomes and results of the intervention is essential. In Traject terms, we need to ensure that there has been a Return on Xperience (ROX). Measurement of learning impact is a hotly debated issue among HR and learning practitioners and is key to the success of any learning intervention.

Measuring starts at the very beginning of the intervention by clearly defining the required objectives with the key stakeholders before the start of the programme. Together, we will then be able to choose tangible metrics that will demonstrate the impact the intervention is expected to make. Be wary of unrealistic measures of success as the number of variables that can impact on the success of the programme are numerous. We may not have control over all of them and this could ultimately affect the perceived success of the programme.

We have attempted to provide a simple framework that will enable the successful measurement of learning and show the impact learning interventions have in our clients’ environments.
