Edgar is a performance catalyst, with over 20 years’ experience in the design and implementation of Management systems within Zimbabwe and the SADC Region. He has successfully headed organisational development projects within Southern Africa, these include but are not limited to strategy development and realignment, organisational structuring and restructuring, human capital skills and performance audits, policy and procedure development and business information management systems implementation.
